Who is at brisk of developing Glaucoma?
People of all ages may develop Glaucoma. Age more than 60, diabetes, patients with high refractive errors, patients on long term steroid use those having had an ocular surgery or trauma and a family history of glaucoma are at special risk for developing glaucoma.
Can children develop Glaucoma?
Yes, children may be born with glaucoma, in which case it is called a Congenital Glaucoma, or be affected later in their childhood, in which case it is known as Developmental Glaucoma.
